At Attention Gym, we train together in 25-minute classes — live online and on-demand — to build strength, balance, and flexibility in your attention, so you can sharpen your mind, calm your nervous system—and bring more flow into everything you do.

We help you train your mind like a muscle. We use high-intensity attention training, structured deep-work blocks, and live coaching to build reliable focus you can trust— in real time, together. Each class trains a different part of your attention: focus, calm, energy, follow-through.

  • Attention Gym is a live, online “gym for focus.” We run short, guided sessions that train relaxed power—steady attention, a settled body, and real forward movement on the things that matter.

  • Not at all. It’s drop-in friendly. Each session stands alone, and you’ll get all the replays—live, on-demand, or a rest day. Your call.

    • Focus Training: Internal attention conditioning—unstick and strengthen your focus so you can aim it where you choose (pure focus training and attention reps; no task-doing).

    • Follow-Through: Guided execution on one clear, real-world step.

FAQ

  • Perfect. The practice is deliberately simple. You’ll get a quick “how-to” in your welcome email and we guide you step-by-step live.

  • Perfect. You don’t have to show up focused. That’s what we’re training. This is like strength training — you don’t have to arrive strong for it to work.

  • Nope — only if you want it. We'll sometimes offer bite-size 2–5 minute micro-practices to keep your focus muscles warm and support follow-through. Totally optional, always your call.

  • Many people with ADHD and/or anxiety find short, structured formats and co-regulation extremely supportive. We’re not therapy or medical care, but we are nervous-system aware and accessibility friendly.

  • We open in December with ongoing live classes + replays, plus additional workshops. Early Access participants get founding rates.

  • If $29 is a stretch right now, and you want in, email support@attention-gym.com with what works for you — even if that’s $0 — and we’ll send you a code. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

  • No. Attention Gym offers education and practice for focus and follow-through. It’s not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
